Ozark Airport - Blackwell Field

Orzark's local airport was taken over by the AAF and operated as sub-base under the name "Ozark Army Air Field" for Key Field, Meridian and as auxiliary field #6 for Napier Field. It served as an operational and a replacement training field. The base was returned to the community after the war.
