De vierde plaquette herdenkt Thomas Charles Reginald Agar-Robartes MP die stierf in de Eerste Wereldoorlog. Hij werd gedood door een sluipschutter op 30 september 1915, na het redden van een gewonde kameraad onder zwaar vuur. Hij is begraven op militaire begraafplaats Lapugnoy, Pas de Calais, Frankrijk.
