Owing to the large number of “foreign convoys” on the rds, minor and major delays of the coln were frequent, especially so between LE NEUBORG and LOUVIERS, when during a ten minutes halt a Cdn Army convoy double banked Bde HQ coln and caused a further lengthy delay. |
